It ensures that staff records, appointments, contracts, agreements, policies, compliance files, financial records, legal documents, and internal procedures are properly maintained.
The department supports recruitment, onboarding, staff coordination, internship records, appointment letters, leave records, performance documentation, financial files, invoices, payment records, contracts, legal correspondence, agreements, official notices, and institutional compliance matters. It works closely with all departments to keep internal operations organized, transparent, documented, and professionally managed.
The department plays an essential role in maintaining administrative order, staff discipline, legal record support, financial documentation, institutional accountability, and smooth coordination across publishing operations.
Core Responsibilities
Manages staff and intern records, appointments, attendance, leave, assignments, performance notes, correspondence, and personnel files.
Maintains compliance records, policies, procedures, approvals, agreements, notices, confidentiality records, and institutional documentation.
Supports agreements, service terms, appointment conditions, undertakings, contracts, copyright records, policies, and legal correspondence.
Maintains invoices, receipts, payment documentation, budgets, accounts coordination, correspondence, and financial records.
Supports recruitment, shortlisting, interviews, selection records, appointment letters, onboarding, and orientation documentation.
Coordinates directors, officers, associates, coordinators, assistants, interns, and contributors across internal workflows.
Prepares HR policies, work guidelines, service terms, notices, evaluations, completion records, recommendations, and compliance notes.
Maintains evaluations, reports, certificates, recommendations, disciplinary notes, legal files, financial files, and administrative records.
