Protected Institutional Identity
AQIRI's protected identity may include its abbreviation, official logos and seals, journal names, publication series names, website graphics, certificate formats, and other marks used to identify official institutional work.
Permitted Uses
Limited use of AQIRI's name may be allowed for accurate reference, citation, academic identification, or factual description, provided it is not misleading and does not imply endorsement or official representation.
- Citing an AQIRI publication or journal issue
- Mentioning verified participation in an AQIRI program or role
- Linking to an official AQIRI webpage
Prohibited Uses
- Using AQIRI logos on certificates, posters, websites, or social media without permission
- Creating fake letters, certificates, appointments, or recommendation material
- Claiming unauthorized affiliation or representation
- Modifying, distorting, recoloring, or misusing official brand assets
- Using AQIRI identity for commercial, political, defamatory, or misleading purposes
Permissions and Enforcement
Permission requests should include the requester name, purpose of use, exact material, platform, duration, and a sample draft where available. AQIRI may approve, limit, reject, or withdraw permission at its discretion and may request correction, removal, or clarification where misuse occurs.
