The Digital Platform Technology Department manages the digital infrastructure, online publishing systems, technical platforms, metadata systems, and digital accessibility of the publisher. It supports the institute’s websites, journal platforms, online publication workflows, digital records, and technical publishing environment.
The department ensures that books, journals, articles, research reports, announcements, archives, and institutional records remain properly accessible, discoverable, secure, and technically maintained. It works closely with the Editorial and Acquisitions Department, Production and Publishing Operations Department, Communications and Public Relations Department, authors, editors, and technical contributors.
The department plays an essential role in modern academic publishing by supporting online visibility, metadata quality, digital preservation, platform reliability, and smooth technical operations.

Journal Platform Support
Supports submission systems, issue publication, article pages, records, editorial workflows, and platform processes.
Metadata and DOI Support
Supports metadata, DOI and Crossref records, indexing files, keywords, abstracts, identifiers, and publication records.
Digital Publication Support
Uploads, organizes, displays, and maintains journal articles, books, monographs, reports, and publications.
Data and Records Management
Maintains databases, forms, publication files, staff records, submissions, author data, and technical documentation.
Technical Maintenance and Security
Supports security, troubleshooting, backups, hosting, plugins, user access, performance, and data-loss prevention.
Digital Workflow
A disciplined route from request to maintained record.
